If you are looking for a night club in Dubai don't go there. It's definitely not that kind of party.
Boudoir - If you're not staying at the Dubai Marine Beach in some property in Dubai, catch a cab to this place and check out the Boudoir. It's bursting with nice furnishings, oil paintings and velvet plush, done in an magnificent French Renaissance style. Entrance with rose bowls, rich cocktail menu, Boudoir has certainly abandoned Dubai's obvious Eastern theme and gone for authenticity in its own.

Chic and sophisticated, bathed in desert sun, this is the perfect place to escape overwhelming Dubai buzz and relax in a beautiful atmosphere. Cool house tunes set the tone at the Bar, playing until the early morning. The visitors sink into comfy sofas and sip a drink (or two, and more) as they watch the sunset.
Alamo -located at the Dubai Marine Beach Resort and Spa is a Tex/Mex restaurant with emphasis on the bar drinks.
